Keep Friends, Families and Communities Safe

Call To Action

  • Your primary resistance task this holiday is to stay healthy and follow CDC guidelines.

  • Be thankful that a Biden presidency will be here in January.

If you are celebrating Thanksgiving, please take precautions.

More than a million cases of COVID were reported over the last week. With such rapid increases, the risks of getting sick are extremely high. Relief from the new vaccines is still many months away. The toll of serious disability and death throughout the nation will rise along with the case count.

Celebrate the holiday safely, stay home and spend time with people in your bubble. Gathering with others puts you and others in harm’s way and contributes an added burden to already overwhelmed frontline health professionals. Wear masks, social distance, meet outdoors and wash your hands.

Be patient for Inauguration Day

The Biden/Harris team is bringing civility, democracy, and a functioning government to us on January 20, 2021. Georgia elections may or may not affect the makeup of the Senate. Some Senate Republicans may or may not cooperate to pass meaningful legislation. Regardless, the Executive branch will soon reflect the will of the voters.
